Hotel was great, offered clear shuttle services to Disney parks, great amenities with laundry on site. The buffet breakfast is very overpriced, and underwhelming, it looks exciting with the candy zone for little kids, but nothing else is worth attending. Great having the Lawson’s onsite for snacks, etc.

The property was lovely and the puzzles in the room were so fun for the kids. The breakfasts were amazing!!

Great place to stay if you want to go Disneyland and Disneysea. The hotel provides free shuttle to and from Disney. We took a cab from the Urayasu train station and it cost under $20 sin to the hotel. Short walks to Malls and there is a local onset nearby (also within walking distance). This hotel has mainly Japanese customers. Easy checking in and out. Will definitely come back again. For those visiting Disney: 1 day is sufficient for Disneyland but Disneysea you will need at least 2 days.

Nice hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Not very convenient location as far as restaurants and things to do. If going to Disney buses are available for both parks.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the bus stops and was able to get to train station within 10-15mins. The airport shuttle also stop within a 5min walk. The breakfast buffet served had many different options for everyone. It was great having a Lawson store on the premises!

The rooms provided a little puzzle that made our stay unique. It was fun and we got a prize for solving tbe puzzle.

Enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. The hotel facilities are also convenient with a coin laundry and a Lawson convenient store where you can buy coffee and meals. The in-room microwave was great to have as well. This property has exactly what we needed.

細かいところまで配慮がなされたいいホテル。 例えば、朝晩はエレベーターが混み合い順番を守れない人もいるが、ちゃんと人を配置し正しい順番で案内されていた。 チェックインも代表者がまず正しい情報を伝えてスタッフに指示を出していた。

夜10時過ぎにコンビニへ行ったらちょうどディズニー帰りの方が多くめちゃくちゃ混んでいました。 機械でチェックインとチェックアウトするのはびっくりしましたがすんなり出来ました。
