Handy location for the price. Super small rooms even for Tokyo standards. Had twin beds that were two singles together as there is no room to seperate them. The breakfast was just a few types of bread and pastery which I didn't see mentioned that that's all it would be, so was disappointed. A modern building that was clean and tidy

The hotel is located in an amazing location. Central to 3 major train lines. And walking distance to central Tokyo. It's an amazing hotel for the price that we paid. It is an E-Hotel so the rooms are tiny. And the included breakfast was limited to some bread rolls and cakes. The room was tiny as was the bathroom. Could bearly fit in the shower. But small rooms and bathrooms are typical of Japan. For the price it's amazing value for Ginza as long as you are not expecting a large room

Dear Sir/ Madam On your website and in the reservation itself, you specified that the booking included “breakfast”, which was specified to be a “breakfast buffet”. Our first morning at the hotel we discovered that in fact breakfast consisted of literally no more than croissant! We were particularly surprised to discover this since we were explicitly in writing supposed to include a breakfast buffet. The Oxford English Dictionary defines breakfast as follows: “a meal consisting of several dishes from which guests serve themselves” It is abundantly clear that the food provided to me and my guests in no way met our reasonable expectations for the provision of a choice of dishes as is customary at a breakfast buffet. This is no small matter. As a direct result of your broken agreement with my group and me, I had to pay for breakfast outside the hotel for a number of guests. I therefore expect no less from you than an apology and repayment to me for the provision of breakfast to a group of guests to whom you failed to meet your obligations. Yours faithfully Shelly Margan

Excellent location and price. Staff very pleasant, efficient and helpful. Hotel is small and private. And nice and quiet. Room was clean and well maintained. Even had a free pocket wifi device. Wifi connection was fast and reliable. As with any Japanese hotel at this price the room is very compact so take this into account in your expectations. I would happily stay here again.

Would recommend but don't get breakfast included
Mostly good, for the price the room size is as expected but the hotel came with normal amenities. Don't book breakfast with this as breakfast consists of coffee, orange juice and croissants. You'd be better off paying for the normal room and going to the nearby corner shop for a hot breakfast for about half the price you'd pay if you add it to your booking.

Good value for money if traveling on a budget
Good location. Good value for money. Small rooms but as I was expecting. Hotel overall very clean as was the room. Breakfast (coffee, orange juice, bread selection) included and espresso machine available at the lobby 24h.

As you'd expect the staff were very good , check in quick. location just out of the main road so quiet but very safe. underground stop minutes away along with fish market.nearby. My only problem is the room size , my best mate and I stayed 4 nights and just put up with it as 40 something lads do. If you are a couple to stay in that room I wouldn't as it has no room to move around the bed to get ready.The toilet and bathroom together was very awkward the smallet ive seen.. I wouldn't stay again here again solely based on roomsize. Everything else is fine.

Great location. Small room; Very tiny bathroom
3 nights. Booked 2 rooms; double and twin. Given 2 doubles. Ensure you ask what room size you are getting, as this will be important if you have any luggage. The room was very small (smallest we encountered in Japan over a month). This made living out of two medium suitcases very hard - I was late in checking out (charged ¥1000) because 2 people trying to pack and get ready to leave was so tight. Ok if you are a single occupant. If the TV was wall mounted, and the table and chair removed, then it might be far better. Also fold down racks to place luggage on. The bathroom was ridiculously small: the toilet titled sideways to fit; the bath sink is over the shower/bath bay. I joked that I was ‘going to pee in the cupboard’ constantly. Oh and the actual cupboard is about an A4 piece of paper wide. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. The cleaning staff did not understand that we didn’t want servicing and persistently kept knocking. The location was great, an excellent area to walk around to see the Ginza area. Coffee machine and basic pastries are the breakfast. Nothing special.

El hotel es impecable. El servicio del personal excelente. Solo recomiendo que en la página de internet mencionen la salida exacta de la estación del metro más cercana pues si sales por la equivocada tienes que caminar bastante y el hotel no es fácil de encontrar.

The staff were good especially the young girl from Ukraine who spoke English very well...the rooms are small with not much storage for your luggage and the space between the twin beds did not exist as I have a crap need a small table. The beds were good and comfortable .close to subway

The staff are excellent. However, the room en-suite is very small, and the room is small to also store your suitcases, but the excellent staff and good location more than compensates for the small room. Breakfast is included which is very simple and nice, but only having continental style pastry cakes is not as healthy as Japanese cuisine. But it is easy for the Hotel to provide, although it would be nice if they could offer some healthy option as well. In summary, hotel staff are really helpful which is their greatest asset and the place is very clean and tidy, with good access to train lines. Haneda airport and Big Sight expo are easily accessible as well.

The room was nice and clean. Small but consistent with Japanese hotels. I did like that there was a couple of diffterent train stations within walking distance. Essentially getting around Tokyo is relatively easy from here.

Great Stay
Great location. Close to Ginza main area surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. The price is reasonable and the room is comfy, though it’s a little bit small. Simple breakfast of a selection of breads was complementary. That’s yummy! Enjoyable stay!

Great service
Location was good but very far from Tokyo town center, an hour train away. Awesome service, very welcoming. Room is very very small to western standards but for Japan I think that's what's to expect. Room was clean but nice.

Good cozy tiny hotel next to Tsukiji
Good, cosy hotel. Size of rooms are generally quite small but that is what you would expect in Japan. Room conditions are great and toiletries/amenities well prepared. Polite staff and support in the front desk. Breakfast is a very small snack zone opened between 730 and 930am which is better than nothing, but do not expect a big feast. Tea and hot water are all free of charge though, so it is really not bad. The location of the hotel is very good given how proximate it is to Tsukijishijo, the Oedo line station and Tsukiji fish market area.

コンパクトだが利便性が良い
今回2回目の利用です。 オフィスそばのため、仕事が忙しすぎる時などに 通勤時間削減のため、こちらに宿泊させていただいております。 ホテルはコンパクトなため、必要最低限といった広さではありますが 利便性も良く、24時間コーヒーなどが飲めますし 朝もパンの軽食がつくため気に入っております。

友人と観劇の為に宿泊しました。 ホテルの従業員さんの対応も感じが良く 部屋も清潔でとても良かったのですが 朝早くから外国のお客様がラウンジを占領し、とても騒がしくしていてパンビュッフェも部屋に持ち帰り食べました。 それだけがとても残念です。
