My family and I loved staying at &Here Ueno. The property was still relatively new. We were walkable to a huge day market with a lot of food and shopping. Also very conveniently located to several subway train stops. The room itself was our favorite of our trip. It was comfortable and we had an amazing view of Ueno Park across the street. We also had a washer/dryer unit inside our room, which was very useful.

The room was amazing with ample space for a family of three considering we had four beds in our room. What I disliked was the area behind the hotel was full of drunks, (at night) and one night my daughter and I were harassed by one of them. So if you stay here, avoid the back entrance of the hotel at night. Otherwise, everything else about our stay was great.

It’s a newly opened hotel apartment with kitchen facilities and good room size for family with kids. The room is very clean and the reception staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The cafe at the lobby is cosy to spend some morning time before heading out. The hotel is within walking station to few subways and train stations. Very near to Ueno Park and would highly recommend the hotel for family with kids.

The hotel, located just across from Ueno Park, has easy access to multiple subway lines and Ueno Station. Our family room was roomy, spotless, and comfortable. The staff was extremely professional and kind, and they will go above and above to assist you with any needs you may have. We absolutely loved our stay and plan to return the next time we visit Tokyo.
