It was cosy for two luggage inside in the room tgt with 2 pax. but we manage to overall everything and the receptionist is also very kind to help in my needs.

Perfect long layover
We were just staying one night for a long layover between HND and NRT. The bed was too comfortable as we opted to stay in and sleep instead of going down to the bar downstairs. It was conveniently located near the subway and a short cab to the closest NRT bus pickup. We would definitely stay here again.

the hotel that protected me fron Haggibis
this is a good hotel. not too expensive, the rooms are small but comfortable. everything was very clean. the best part is the location, in a very vibrant neighborhood full of nightlife and restaurants, and right next to roppongi station, one of the main stations in Tokyo that connects to everywhere else. the staff are extremely nice.

Convenient
Convenient location if you're using public transportation. Also walking distance to many bars and night clubs. Rooms were a bit plain but well kept. A little old school where you have to return the key anytime you leave. For the price you pay here there are nicer but overall not a bad place to stay if you dont plan to spend much time in your room. Word of warning to the night owls though the curtains dont do a good job keeping lights out.

Better than expected
Great value. Bigger than usual room for Tokyo. Excellent location. Very efficient staff that can speak English. I stayed 4 nights. No problems at all.

Overall everything was great. The hotel is on the perfect location, in the heart of Roppongi and just a couple steps from the subway station. I totally recommend this hotel.

It’s good to stay for one night but I don’t like the window that view is sky way and so noisy esp if curtain is not put .so much noise .also it’s not good view .

$ for $ - Best Hotel I stayed at in Tokyo...
My wife and I stayed here 3 nights and it was our favorite hotel in Japan. The location is amazing. You're right next to Roppongi Hills, Roppongi Crossing, and the subway station entrance is literally feet from the hotel entrance. The staff were very professional and so courteous. If I go back to Tokyo I'm staying here again.

Only stayed one night. Very easy to find and nice and close to the underground station entrance/exit. Very close to the action and nightlife in Roppongi too, so be mindful of the noise vs great location. The hotel itself was just ok. No real lasting impression. Staff were helpful. Room is just ok. Could do with modernising.

Great hotel
Hotel in great location of Roppongi with a variety of food to choose from and to experience the nightlife. The room and bed was comfortable and clean. Check-in and out was fast. However, we didn't like how it was located in the clubbing and pub district which is not so kid-friendly if you are to travel with children.

Nice hotel with great location.
If you're just using this hotel to sleep this is your place. The location alone should guarantee a bigger price. It's just in the middle of popular Roppongi, two buildings away from the metro, surrounded by all types of restaurants and walking distance from Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Tower. The staff are wonderful, the Japanese service culture at its best. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit dated, you can see it in the lobby and halls. The rooms are a good size, not big but you can move around. Like I said, it's perfect for getting a good night's rest and tourist all day.

Resting in Roppongi
The proximity to the subway station was about a minute away, which was outstanding since we each had two pieces of luggage. The room was one of the smallest we had been in during our two-week Japan trip but it had ample outlets for charging devices and all the amenities we really needed since we were hardly in the room. I was surprised how small the TV was. Not sure of the size but it was smaller than my 28-inch desktop at home. The front desk was very helpful with directions and spoke English well enough that we could converse.

The hotel is conveniently located by the metro in Roppongi, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It could use a bit of updating, but its great for the price. A bonus is the coin laundry, so you don't have to pack as much.

Convenient location!
This hotel is very convenient to public transportation and the local bar scene. It's a hang-out neighborhood for young people! We arrived at 1am and felt safe using public transportation to get there and walking to hotel. Don't expect a large room, but it does house a double size futon. Room is very efficient: refrigerator, air conditioning, tea pot with complimentary teas and water. The bathroom is very small (two people do not fit) and includes bathing essentials, including toothbrushes, hairbrush, body sponge! Very clean! The lobby staff was not very knowledgeable on public transportation, but we figured it out.

great overnight hotel
We chose this place cause its near the Franciscan Chapel which is a good Catholic Church to go to when you are in Tokyo. The place is middle of everything. You are few steps away from Roponggi HIlls and Tokyo Tower. There is a lot of good food to go to around the area. It is also 10 mins bus ride away from Shibuya. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and the JR station is about 5 mins walk. If you have lot of luggage suggest exit JR at Roponggi HIlls they have an elevator there and just walk about 100 meters towards the hotel. Nothing special here its a small room but very typical in any Tokyo hotels. No need to fret about it as this is just a typical sleep over hotel. They provide pretty much everything you need.

Great location and value.
Conveniently located steps away from the Roppongi Subway, Exit 3. Everything I needed was in walking distance, and the location made it easy to stumble home to each night. (lol.) Front desk crew was nice, and had some working knowledge of English. But ask for anything more, like asking for an iron and board, and you might find a bit of a language barrier there. And as with most Japanese hotels, late check-out costs extra per hour. I would still come back here though... Good spot.

Cheap, clean and great locale
The room is really really small. So it is great if you only use it for sleeping. Free wifi and plenty of electrical outlets are great. As to the bathroom, again really small. And unless you are a midget, you will be bending a lot when washing. Overall, the hotel is cheap, pretty clean and centrally located between Tokyo Midtown and Rappongi. What more can you ask for. Will definitely book again next time in town.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting friends in Tokyo. Room is small but clean. Staff *very* friendly and professional. Very close to subway access. Walking distance to lots of global chain restaruants (Hard Rock, Outback, Starbucks, etc) if you are in to that sort of thing. There was no safe in the room. It did have Wi-fi. The room is small but it is Tokyo, so you should expect small. For the price and location, I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location.
This was a great place to stay in. Upon exiting Roppongi station, it is one of the first things you see. It's in a great location, not only to restaurants and places to visit, but also to a station so you can go anyplace you want in Tokyo. The room was comfortable and quiet, and I was very happy with my stay. If I come back to Roppongi, I will likely stay here.

The staff understood English. Very nice amenities in bathroom, the rooms are small but are excellent for a short stay. The area reminds me of a Times Square in New York.

Pros: Great location right outside the Roppongi metro station which is convenient for all the nightlife in the surrounding area. Room was clean, staff was friendly. Cons: I've slept on floors softer than that mattress. I only did one night there and I'm not sure my back could have handled any additional nights. Lack of black-out blinds can make room very bright in the morning.

perfect location
best location, about 10m from the train station exit and easy to find with directions on the website. Very nice and helpful staff. Stayed in a double room, spacious with space to stretch out and spread bags around. very clean. midday checkout. Stayed here twice so far and would definitely stay here again! Also has fast free wifi in all floors and the lobby. not one complaint about the hotel.

Reasonable hotel in Roppongi
Since the hotel was almost completely booked, we could only get smoking rooms, with all that implies. It was incredibly cheap for a room in the area so we bit it, and I didn't regret it. Did our clothes get a weird scent? Yes, but overal the room was very clean, the staff super helpful, and the location of the hotel incredibly good for tourists.
