Great location close to Kasai metro stop. Very clean and quiet room: two-bed room on 12th floor with water/dryer and fridge/freezer. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Love the internal open atrium.

Stayed Lumiere Kasai Hotel for 4 nights with my family of 2 kids. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and got cleaned daily very thoroughly by hard working staff. The location is very convenient. Your limou bus from Narita airport stops 2 min walk from hotel and Kasai station trains will take you wherever you want to go. Close to Disneyland and Teamlab planets but a little bit far from other side of the city attraction which was ok. They made good memory for my family hence I'll give them a 5 STAR excellent considering the value we received for the price we paid! Thank you

Very friendly bilingual staff and great breakfast. Nearby kasai station for transport into tokyo. Nearby bus to disney parks. Lots of food options nearby. Rooms are clean and met all expectations. Highly recommended!

A wonderful hotel

Great hotel! We will definitely stay here again. The location can’t be beat. The room was small but perfect for us. The staff was friendly, food was good and everything was just perfect. The price was excellent as well

Love that the room is big. Breakfast is great. We love the daily croissants. I also love the cream corn soup very much. Hot dish, and salad. The lovely hot chocolate that is available all day long. On the day of our arrival, there was also lemonade. The only thing I believe would be helpful to the guests is that they can advise guests to prebook bus tickets to airport. We did not know it needs prepbooking to guarantee a seat on scheduled shuttle to airport. We walked 5 minutes to the shuttle station to find that we may not necessary get on the bus. It was scary. We almost didn't make it o. The bus. Please book in advance if you need the shuttle.

Clean rooms with good amenities. Convenient location and very walkable and close to transit. We stayed here because it was easy transit to Disneyland, about 30 minutes, but at a reasonable price.

ディズニーランドの前乗りのため宿泊しました。 近くにコインパーキング、道を挟んでローソンとほっともっとがあるので困りません。 朝食は洋風なのでご飯を食べたい方は別の宿泊施設をお勧めしますが、特に朝ごはんにこだわりがなければこちらに宿泊することをお勧めします。

ルミエールは葛西も西葛西も 何度か利用させて頂いています 無料の朝食がグレードアップしていて大満足 朝食を食べに行きたいお店が有りましたが 取りやめ全てホテルで済ませました 朝早くから利用できるのも嬉しい 駅の反対側よりスーパーやコンビニ､ドラッグストアへのアクセスが「微妙」に不便ですが 慣れた駅なので問題なく滞在を楽しめました 機会があれば次回もお世話になりたいです
