Thank you for staying at our place.We're sorry for the inconvenience but as we informed you at the time of reservation, we do not provide additional bedding. If you are traveling with a large group and would like one bed per person, we recommend booking multiple rooms that we have multiple rooms in the building if you have another chance. We appreciate your honest review.

The unit has all the basic amenities you need. The unit was small and clean. Its located in a quiet area, about 600 meters from the small strip which has restaurants and small shops. There is no elevator in the building and the stairwell is tight. Im about 6ft tall and I have to hunch a little going up and down the stairs.

We enjoyed how easy it was to communicate with the staff. The room was well equipped (enough towels and Kitchen amenities) and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. For a party of 6, overall it accommodated us very well. Only downside which is a norm in Japan, was the 1 toilet and wash room. Aside from that and the no elevator to the 4th floor we had a good stay.

家族3人(大人)で予約したのはスーペリアトリプルルームの302号室(2段ベッドと簡易ベッドは了承済)。3人でもくつろげる部屋だと思っていた。でも、チェックインの案内では201号室に変えられていたが、それ程の疑問ももたなかった。中に入るとトイレや洗面場が、無駄に広いのに、くつろぐ空間がタダでも狭いのに、簡易ベッドを広げると、人のすれ違いも大変だった(2段ベッドのハシゴを退けなくてはいけない程)。何より、簡易ベッドをセットする時の風圧で、2段ベッド下から塊になったホコリが舞い上がり、立てかけてあった掃除機(宿で初めて見た)で、床掃除機をした。エアコンは2段ベッドの上(ま横の壁)で、つけたまま寝れば、30cmぐらいしか離れてないので直撃。低い天井なのでエアコンの循環も悪い。外の大通りは車の行き来が多く、やかましかった。 これが格安ホテルだったら(費用が安ければ)、渋々でも我慢する。でも、2泊で5万もの支払いをしており、ぼったくられた気分だ。あのワンルーム部屋でくつろぐには、せいぜい2人が限界だろう。トリプルルームという言葉に騙された。
