We found Remm Plus Ginza at a very good location, close to 3 different train stations and also close to the core areas of Ginza and Shimbashi...the shower facilities are amazing...the mattress is also very comfortable...although the room is not so big but the functionalities are perfect...we loved our stay here!

Overall: 9.5/10 Cleanliness - 10/10 Safety - 10/10 (It's Japan anyway. Doesn't matter) Water pressure - 10/10 Room size - quite generous for Japan Room facilities - 10/10 Convenience to reach - 10/10 Location - 10/10 (Walkable to Uniqlo flagship store, Zara and all other shopping places) Breakfast - not good for vegans or vegetarians as there aren't many options. But there is a family mart on the ground floor of the hotel where you can get fresh and delicious bread. Subway station nearby - Yes Restaurants nearby - 10/10 I highly recommend this to anyone. One of the most reasonably priced and best hotels in Tokyo.

The reception staff were very attentive & efficient.The bed & pillows were perfect. The massage chair was an added bonus. Even their drip coffee was excellent. The scent of the shampoo, conditioner & body wash reminded us of Hawaii. Overall, this hotel is quite impressive & we enjoyed our stay very much.

First the area is easy to find and is a stone throw away from Ginza. Place is easy to find with google map. However the housekeeping is not consistent. The massage chair was not shifted back to the original position. Apart from the housekeeping everything is alright.

I booked this hotel for 8 nights, first 4 days no one care about my room trash and used towels until I made complaint at front desk. I go Japan 3-4 times a year but I never seen a hotel like this room service!

We are staying 2 nights and 11 nights. It is very comfortable hotel. Just one thing, there isn’t washing machines and microwave. We are staying 2 rooms with baby. If there were washing machine and microwave, that is perfect for us.

Would recommend and will definitely be staying here again. It’s so convenient to Shimbashi Station, shopping in Ginza. And, walkable to Tsukiji and Tokyo Tower. We enjoyed the double twin room because it had a full shower room with a very large bathtub which was nice for soaking after long days of walking. The room was refreshed daily and stayed clean for the 12 days we were there.

This is my first trip to Japan and I really like this hotel because of it’s location, services, cleanliness, very quiet, and safe. They provide a lot of toiletries, sleepers, even a pajamas. I like their shower room ans bathrooms

Close to Ginza is a big plus point. Remm plus standard is slightly higher than neighbouring hotels like sotetsu and meitetsu and ibis. Room twin is bigger 23sq m but thats because the toilet and bath are separated thus making actual room space not that large as desired. Only lacking is coin self laundry. Location is excellent as not too far from shimbashi station or the metro subway lines that connects Haneda as well as Narita to Tokyo. Price of hotel room naturally higher than neighbours

Amazing hotel. Service was great and super clean. The location is very close to Ginza and Shimbashi allowing you to enjoy both areas. Super quiet area with easy bus access to-from Narita and also to Haneda. Will stay again for sure

The hotel itself is fine, rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable, adequate space and fairly modern. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest train station (~10 minutes), just to bear in mind if you're walking with bags. The room itself is a little boxy / small though (Double), which isn't uncommon for Tokyo, certainly compared to other places I've stayed in the city. Negative review is mostly due to the hotel's archaic check-in policy. We arrived an hour before check-in, which isn't an unreasonable amount of time or expectation of being able to check-in, but were told we'd have to pay a 3000Y fee if we wanted to check-in early. Despite the room being ready. I have never encountered such a policy in my life / in all my years of travel - the room was ready(!) - makes you feel pretty undervalued as a customer. Stay somewhere else.

Hotel condition is good and clean. About 7 mins walk to subway and JR stations. Room is nice except that a bit small, and when the toilet light is turn on, the brightness may affect the person sleeping due to design. Very good shower facility.

Remm Plus Ginza is one of the more comfortable and convenient hotels I've stayed at in Ginza. Right below is a Family Mart, and opposite is a Donki. It is also sufficiently near the Shimbashi station, so moving around Tokyo is easy. Best part, it is at the end of the Ginza area, so you get to start shopping from one end to another, and get back to drop off things and go again. Room is clean, sheets are clean, and toilet is dry. Amenities can be easily collected at the front desk, and they provide a daily option for 'gift' ranging from Ladies/Men's care kit, facial mask, to a pro-biotic drink. Heating is good, and you won't feel cold. I was pleasantly surprised that I could adjust the temperature and toggle between Heating/Cooling in the room. This is not a central heater or aircon, which is good because you get control. Love the rain shower and tub in my particular room configuration, and bath salts are provided in either lavender or yuzu scents. The mini-fridge has 2 packs of Gaba Chocolates to help you relax for a better night's sleep, and I really appreciate this. The Yuzu Honey Tea provided at the front desk is really good, and I noticed that this branch of Remm does refill the tea quite regularly. I really liked my stay here, and I actually booked another 2 extra days to extend. Overall, deserving of a 5/5

Excellent location, fairly close to a rail station (within a few blocks of the Shimbashi station). Hotel staff was courteous, and the hotel seemed quite new and very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

The rooms are small but have enough space for two of us. We felt the table was unnecessary and it occupied a lot of space in the room. The bathroom is spacious. We bought the hotel brand shampoo and conditioner from the hotel after trying both products. The massage chair is great and we are so happy to sit on it after a whole day of walking. The ginza area is great for shopping and eating and it is quiet at night. We also enjoyed the Japanese style breakfast and we love warm foods. If space is not a huge issue for you, we highly recommend this hotel for you.
