Every staff member who helped us from checking in to checking out to sending our suitcases to our next location were extremely kind, professional, and patient. The location itself was comfortable and clean. Compared to other budget friendly hotels, our room at Sotetsu had enough space to fit a stroller, two large suitcases, and two carry-ons with room to spare lol. It was also a few minutes walk away from the Tsukiji Market and the shopping district of Ginza. Highly recommend :)

Room was very small, but reasonable since it's Ginze we are talking about. Staff was very nice and helpful.

This hotel is very clean and the employees kind. Only complaint is there is not enough pillows!

This is a very convenient hotel in the Ginza district. It is located on a side street with little traffic and with very little noise. My wife and I stayed at this hotel previously in 2022 and we found it to be an excellent value, so I stayed again for two nights in December 2023 on my next visit to Japan, before moving on to Takamatsu to visit my wife's relatives there. A subway station is only about two blocks from the hotel. Also, a few doors down the street from the hotel is a pork and noodle shop which is worth a visit for an economical and delicious meal.

The propety is located steps away from the main shopping strip in Ginza and has a great dining option downstairs for shabu-shabu. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They were able to communicate in English perfectly and check in was very smooth. The stay was very relaxing and comfortable.

Very quiet. The hotel is on a side street, and we were on the ninth floor, so even when the window opened slightly for fresh air there was little to no street noise. The beds are comfortably firm. We stayed for four nights in December just prior to the year's end. The staff was helpful in sending our large luggage pieces ahead to our final destination in Kagawa Prefecture and in reserving a taxi for us on our December 31st departure. The hotel's location is very walkable for famous high-end stores (which are far beyond our price range), but the main Uniqlo store is also nearby where we bought some nice clothing items and also had a pleasant evening meal in one of the small restaurants in the basement.

I love everything about this hotel except that the room was really small and I had no room to open up my luggage. And that’s acceptable so next time I’ll just book to a larger room then. I can’t thank enough the staff for their awesome and helpful service as well as for keeping my room immaculately clean. The location is the best coz it’s surrounded with shops and restaurants and the train stations are walkable. Going to and from the Haneda airport is not a problem as well. Will definitely be back when I’m in Ginza again.

Easy to reach location in a nice part of town. Double rooms are small but tidy, twin rooms are a generous size for tokyo. Temperatures were mild for Feb while we were there but some reason they run the lobby and hallways super warm, that was the only small downside to our stay.

The property was beautoful and clean. Staff were always very helpfuk and tried to find someone who spoke English if they didn't understand you. They had great amenities in tge lobby you could take back to your room. Although the rooms were small they had everything you needed including a full bath tub! We loved the location, easy access to the metro and main station and lots of pkaces to eat around.

Location is the best, the hotel surrounding with shopping mall, restaurants, near train stations and the best is just walking less than 5 mins, all the branded shops like LV, Chanel, MCM and etc...We are very happy to stayed here for 7 nights and we will atay in this hotel again for the next trip in Tokyo.

Rooms are nice and clean. Top notch location, steps away from Ginza. This hotel would be irresistible to shopaholics who are trying to travel on a budget. Rooms are tiny but come on this is Tokyo.

Convenient area in the heart of Tokyo. Room is very small like most of the hotels in downtown. But given the location I think this place is worth the money. Staff can speak decent English and knowledge of the area so it’s nice for people who are not familiar with the area
