Thank you for your comments. We have several hotels, but they are all nearby. There are instructions on the website and the locations where they stay are not together.

It was nice to have an apartment with a washer dryer near the Ueno station. We didn't realize towels weren't provided, so had to buy some.

餐桌椅應該放置日式桌椅,房內顯得太大,不方便使用

因為日式桌椅有些老人家會不好起身，所以才會使用餐桌椅，下次如果你們有需要日式的小桌椅可以跟我們商量，如果有我們有多的話就可以提供給你們使用。謝謝你的指教!!

老闆親切-班機延誤，老闆等著我們check in等到我們pm11:30,毫無怨言，態度客氣! 房間實惠-櫻花熱季，家庭四人房價錢合理，房間不大，但設備、功能一應俱全！ 下次會再度造訪的好民宿！

โรงแรมปิดไปแล้ว ไปถึงประตูอยู่ ไม่มี receiption ใดๆเลย ติดต่อใครไม่ได้เลย เดินหานานมากกว่าจะมาถึง รร นี้ แล้วพบว่า รร ปิดไปแล้ว แย่มากๆ ผมเพิ่งเดินทางมาไกลพร้อมครอบครัว แล้วไม่มีที่พักที่จองไว้ ต้องเดินทางที่พักใหม่ กว่าจะหาที่ใหม่ได้อีกอีกพักนึง ต้องเสียเงินค่าที่พักใหม่ ทาง expedia ต้องจัดการคืนเงินที่จ่ายไปแล้วให้ผมด้วย

Hello: The location on the webpage indicates that the location of the check-in and the check-in location are different. When we sent the message to us, we also responded within 15 minutes. You didn’t see the message yourself. How can you say that Our question? Why did so many customers find the place before, why not say that you didn't see it clearly, why not call us? We will wait until 12 o'clock to rest. In the middle of this, we have been sending messages to contact you, but we have not seen or responded. Why are we talking about our problems?

사진과 정말 똑같고 깨끗한 숙소였어요. 위치도 나쁘지 나쁘지않습니다~^^ 수건은 없으니 준비 하셔야하고, 체크인은 다른 건물에서 해야하니까 집 주소만 챙기지말고, 체크인 건물 주소도 꼭 챙기세요. 사무실은 8시반부터 오픈이고, 12시~2시까지는 휴식시간이라 사무실에 사람 없으니 명심하시구요.. 중국분이 운영하시는 곳인듯한데 일본어 소통이 잘 안되더라고요. 미리 숙지사항들 잘 챙겨서 오셔야 불편 없을듯 합니다:) 잘 지내고 가요!!

Location was good. It wasn't far to subway.The room was private,new,clean and fit for 4-5 people. The owner was friendly.Located close to shopping areas Ameyoko Market. ลักษณะเป็นห้องอพาร์ทเม้นท์ ส่วนตัวมาก 1 ห้องต่อ 1 ชั้น อาคารและห้องยังดูใหม่ และสะอาด ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟใต้ดินมาก พาพ่อแม่ไปด้วยเดินสบายค่ะ
