Great communication with friendly host. Very clean and well-organized studio in a quiet neighborhood. Around 700m from subway. There's an must-try bakery named Mister Donut near subway's North exit.

It only took me 8 mins to get to the station, it’s a nice .3 mile walk to a lawsons, there is access to a gym in komazawa park which costs 500 yen for 2 hours. The room was spacious and clean and includes a fire stove top, microwave, rice cooker, fridge, washing machine, dehumidifier for drying clothes, mini heater, and includes amenities. It was a very nice stay and I will book again if I come back to Japan.

The property was nicely sized, clean and full of amenities. The washing and cooking facilities were a very welcome addition! Contact with the owners was very quick and straightforward. I stayed for nearly a month with no issues. The location is quiet, close to the train station, and has food and shops nearby, with just a short DT-Line ride to reach Shibuya. I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall very good for the price and easy to get to the station. The fan in the bath was out of order. But it wasnt a big deal. The check in and check out process was very convenient. I would recommend to my friends to stay here.

I stayed there by myself and a heavy luggage. There is no elevator. It was very difficult for me to take my luggage to the third floor. Also, I had to take that down to the first floor when I checked out. That's only reason why I didn't rate as excellent but good for overall.
