  • Cozy, quiet, 3 bedroom home situated just above the Yaquina Bay and only 10-15 minutes from the Oregon Coast! Room to park your boat if you're planning a fishing trip. Wrap-around deck affords a fantastic view of the bay and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning! King size bed in the downstairs bedroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs, the first one with a double bed and the second with 3 twin beds. This home has a woodstove so bring some firewood if you choose to use it. There is also a large firepit perfect for family bonfire nights! Our home is non-smoking and we do not allow parties. We have one Ring camera facing the driveway for security. There are lots of wildlife around our home and property so please do not leave food outside as to not attract unwanted visitors such as raccoons! There are also bugs of all types. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent if you plan to be outside for protection against bites. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Great secluded location, but close enough to everything we needed as far as restaurants, hiking trails, and of course ocean activities for the family. Very clean, comfortable home!

House was perfect for a group. Only complaints were for the only 2 rolls of toilet paper for four people for 6 days. The amount of dog hair that hadn't been swept up. And finding someone's dirty socks in one of the beds. I would suggest hiring a new house cleaner.

We absolutely loved this spot. The scenery was beautiful and it was so fun to watch the deer eat apples at the neighbors. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Such a cute place, very comfortable and cozy. It was also impeccably clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

Very quiet and somewhat secluded. Old cottage built in 1940 with more recent upgrades. We would stay there again if we are in the area. The owners took care to make it family friendly with beach and nautical accents.

Excellent host! Very responsive! It is a very comfortable home, great shower, bed, living room furniture with view of Yaquina river. Very quiet! Watching the light come up in the morning is a special treat! We will return!!!

If you're looking for an amazing place to stay while on your Oregon Coast vacation, this place checks all the boxes. I have stayed at several rentals over the years and have never felt as home as we did stay here. The house was clean and comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, the views were amazing and its just a few minutes from our favorite Oregon town, Newport. I cant recommend this place enough, and we plan to make this our yearly retreat.

First visit to the Pacific coast

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the convenient location and thoughtful touches like toiletries, coffee, comfortable beds, rocking chairs. It was the perfect size for our family with 3 teens. Thank you!
