The building itself is extraordinary, and the furnishings and decoration are exquisite. The food is SUPERB. The gym is better than most professional ones, the pool and grounds are gorgeous too, but the most remarkable part is the service. The staff at this hotel, without one single exception, are all so kind and warmly welcoming. Incredibly comfortable bed too! Just go here, trust me. It’s like stepping into another world."

"Les espaces verts de l’hôtel sont très beaux et l’hôtel a réellement un cachet avec ses boiseries. Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant a été très prévenant . La chambre est nettoyée matin et soir ce qui est appréciable. L’hôtel est à l’écart du l’agitation de la ville, ce qui en fait un endroit reposant. La réception est venue spontanément nous informer que la ville de Hoi An, notre prochaine destination était inondée, ce qui nous a permis de changer nos plans au dernier moment. Ils nous ont aussi aidé à contacter notre prochain hôtel à Da Nang. Bref, rien à reprocher."
