"This house is in a very quiet neighbor hood. The house itself is great, 2 large bedrooms and 2 smaller ones. The kitchen and common area are very large and good for playing games, gathering and hanging out. The upstairs deck is awesome this time of year, but I can see how it may be very hot during summer stays. The house sits on a number of acres so no house right next to you. This house is on a dirt road, but only a few minutes, so not a big deal and it keep traffic/car noise to a minimum. I gave it a 5 star rating because the house was perfect as is. I think if I owned the house would add a shaded area to the upstairs deck so I would be able to spend more time sitting up there, even with 70 degree weather and sun, it gets pretty warm up there. But again, most of the day was great sitting and looking out. "
