“There are many delicious restaurants besides the hotel. ”

“The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.”

“I would have loved more of a buffet style breakfast like with a bunch of different items to choose from, but it was good. I appreciated it. It was nice and the staff was very nice and polite and very helpful I will definitely go back.”

“So much smaller than expected. Everytime you walked into the room there’s a smell that is not pleasant. Not much of privacy when it came to the room. Pool was okay and staff were nice and helpful.”

“Service is not very good as they don’t send me the receipt to my email correctly. And I call back after few days I checked out request that the receipt. Their attitude not very good. And the room is a bit noisy at night from outside as it’s close the club and bar area. If you need a quiet night at hotel, this is not a good choice. ”

“The bathrooms are terribly designed. The shower door runs right into the bathroom door and having the sink outside without any counter. Space is absolutely ridiculous. Also, it seems like the hotel is always trying to get money from you. From all the goodies on the outside, plus I’ll be alcohol on top and plus the refrigerator full with stuff. It would be nice if there’s a coffee station, but people don’t need the other things and it would be wonderful to have an empty refrigerator with one……

“Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, beautiful decor. Great location. Downside, the housekeeping team did a terrible job of serviceing our room, the floors were not swept and and shower and surface tops were not cleaned. Seems like only the bed was made, towels replaced and toilet cleaned.”
