「Feel safe」

「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「Super nice and clean very close to the airport」

「This hotel is not only clean and comfortable, it is also located near good restaurants. We were in Phoenix for a medical appointment at the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, located about two miles away. We were perfectly situated.」

「We were supposed to have a room with a balcony, but unfortunately, it faced a very busy road, and the traffic noise was quite noticeable. The in-room heating and cooling system was another issue. The air blew directly onto the bed and of course on who is sleeping there making it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. Overall, the room was not the relaxing experience we had expected.」

「The room was located very close to the bar area, so noise from outside was clearly audible. In addition, I did not receive a receipt at checkout. When I later called the front desk to request it, the process took a long time and the staff’s attitude was not very helpful. I eventually received the receipt, but the overall service experience was disappointing.」

「很喜歡的住宿環境。 早餐豐盛。床好舒服。清潔人員、櫃台人員很親切。」

「Like the big space room」
