“I have stayed here a second time with my family and I am very appreciative of a staff (Yash) he is very helpful and nice to help us when we have problems and solve them immediately. If another staff was helpful as well this apartment is excellent. Overall the apartment facility is great. The apartment is near the DLR station so letting us go everywhere was convenient.
If the apartment has provided more cleaning solutions for customers and the sink is smooth then it should be perfect. Only one……

“It's good to have a pantry equipped with microwave / oven, so we can prepare simple meals and need not dine-out everyday.
Nice to have croissants provided by the hotel at the lobby every morning. Also a machine to provide chocolate / latte / cappuccino all day.”

“Yea chose the biggest room for my family staying. But the photos in the web is so different from real! So dirty and bad. Well..at least the toilet is acceptable. Long staircase and no way to lift up to the room at all! ”

The environment of the apartment was good, clean, enough kitchen facilities except without Chopping board.
The apartment also good for staying, there has place for reading, small cinema for relaxing, gym room, etc. Bus stop around 5 minutes walk, underground around 7 minutes walk and samll but enoughI t's supermarket nearby, however, if you come by self-driving, you need to reserve car parking by car reservation apps……

“Overall was good. I think the 24 hour before key code system is so stressful, especially when the email they sent didn't include the passcode. We could only message hotel .com, but the staff told us just to wait until the morning on the check in day, it was so frustrating as we waited but they didn't contact us. We finally could get our key passcode after we contacted the Accommodation Emergency number. The staff was very nice and she immediately email us the code. Despite this, the room 31 was……

“Arrived at the property and called to check in. Was told that property was closed for refurbishment and I had to go to a different property managed by them 15 minutes away.
Got there and room was minimal and bare. Host was nice but it wasn’t an aparthotel as the original one was advertised as.
I left and booked a night at a local Travelodge instead. ”

“Two days prior to our arrival the company contacted us demanding a substantial damage deposit to be paid by direct deposit to their bank account or our already paid for booking would be cancelled. We had paid for the booking by credit card but they would not accept it for the damage deposit. We thought this seemed a bit sketchy but had no choice but to acquiesce to their demand. They promised to return the funds within 15 days of our departure. After two months of delays and even a few emails……
