「Very clean and handy for Balham and the underground.」

「Property is quite good, clean, comfortable, and a well stocked apartment. It made for a comfortable stay and overall would stay again. As others have said you can hear the music from the cafe in the mornings. The main stress was the lack of communication for check in. There is no app or front desk as mentioned in the listing and we had to chase to receive check in details. Some listing inaccuracies like free parking is only evenings and weekends.」

「This is very charming and unique hotel with a bar downstairs and a lovely backyard. And it’s walking distance from Wimbledon so very convenient. And there is air conditioning!」

「Overall great! little boutique quirky hotel :) *note: there maybe some noise around as there is a bar on ground floor - well, believe you already know about it ;)」

「Clean room, very helpful host. Smooth check in process. WiFi is a little patchy and stairs felt a little slippery/steep. (Take care when moving up and down with luggage) Otherwise excellent stay at a good price. Recommended for short hassle free stay.」
