“There is no maid service at all. Stayed for 3 nights and had to call using my cell phone to call the main number because nobody answered the hotel desk phone in order to request towels and acted as if we were putting them out. Only a small tube of shampoo, conditioner and bath gel which was used first day and was not replaced because no maid service. Reserved a pool cabana and there was no drink service and they never even opened the cabana or pool bar. Had to call to inform the hotel desk and……

“It didn’t start out well when we were given a room that was already occupied. Seemed to be a little confusion when fixing it. The room was fine but didn’t look like it had been dusted. The sink faucet needs to be fixed; I worried it would break (I let the staff know). Beds and pillows were comfortable and although there was noise from outside, the ac fan took care of that.
