「EXCELLENT AND ENJOYABLE」

「Plenty of towels and paper goods. Lots of everything in the kitchen, pots, pans, glasses, cups. Nice furnishings and room for many people with the loft area. View is better than the picture on the website. Easy self check-in and also has nice appliances, including the washer/dryer. Would definitely stay again!」

Sharon and Denny have decorated as their own and it was such a cute place to be. 「My husband and I enjoyed our week renting the second floor of The Captain’s House. The rental is spotless, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. There’s a wealth of books and brochures on things to do in the area. Hanging out on the second floor porch was heavenly. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.」

「On site parking with driving ease to and from Boothbay proper. Easy check in process, very clean room with secure entry and access. Spacious bathroom & large comfy king size bed. Adequate living room & kitchen spaces. Didn't bother with TV, but it's a decent size & set-up. Didn’t need to but, the laundry room would be easy to use for longer stays. Fairly quiet with both neighboring rooms occupied, minimal street noise. All in all: 5 stars, would recommend.」

「The condo unit was exactly as described and we found the property manager to be immediately responsive to our questions. The entire unit was beautifully decorated and the beds/furniture was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of towels/linens. The location is within walking distance of central Boothbay Harbor but in a secluded neighborhood that is very quiet. 「We had a great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Due to storm damage, our original booked cottage was not available and Deb offered us a different (much larger) home without added cost. We greatly appreciated it so we didn't have to cancel our vacation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed and then some. The area is beautiful and the beach was very clean. You cannot beat the views from the home. We look forward to staying here again!」
