Apartments in Torbay

"We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."

"was lovely place to stay 5 min walk to railway station"

"The location and parking was convenient."

"Great location, lovely flat"

"Everything was fine overall, great apartment, great location, friendly housekeeper. However, before travel look after a message requesting a deposit, we noticed that the Hotels.com app indicated the deposit and taxes were included, which turned out not to be the case. As a result, I had to make the payment through a separate website. We left the apartment clean and tidy, and the deposit was refunded within a few days."

"We had a lovely stay, everything was great and very good communication from the host."

"We booked this property for a business stay, and it honestly couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully presented, and exactly as described—if not better. It offered fantastic value for money and felt like a real find. The hosts were exceptional—super responsive, incredibly friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. The entire team was seriously impressed and...

"It wasn't the room we thought we were getting (different photos which are misleading). It wasn't child friendly as my Son could get his hands on everything and we had to keep him in a highchair the majority of the time we were in the room to make sure he didn't hurt himself. The bathroom smelt of sewage and the toilet had a heavy flow leak (rectified by the owner but needs a more permanent fix as he said the pipes lose). A lot of noisy cars with loud exhausts throughout the night as we were...

"Didn't receive the property information coming up to the booking date, I contacted the company and was told there was some IT issue and apologised and forwarded me the information. When we first arrived after a 5 hour drive at half 6 on a Saturday evening, the access code for the key lock box we recieved via the property app was incorrect. Family of 4 had to hike to get some food in a local restaurant and wait for a call from the property management team. In the meantime I found a different...
