“The hotel was beautifully renovated my as my room was equally beautiful balcony, a beautiful view of Boca grande check-in was beautiful. My receptionist was amazing… sad to say on my last day I decided to go up on the 14th floor to the pool area my partner I was sunbathing. We were the only one at the pool area at the time five staff members decided to come and have a 20 minute loud conversation adjacent to where we were sitting when there was no one else in the pool area and they could’ve done……

“The resort is very pretty and offers quite a lot. The rooms were spacious for the 4 of us. The breakfast is awesome with so many choices to choose from. The only real downfalls which limited us using the beach was they allow street vendors to harass you constantly. It would also be very helpful to have associates that are bilingual.
