"We stayed at the airport hotel for one night for convenience. We were very pleased with the location, the comfort, the staff especially. Very nice rooms and environment. It's a little tricky getting picked up by a cab or Uber though, you have to stand at the curb. Everything else was a 5 though."

"We booked this hotel due to its proximity to Narita Airport. We didn’t expect much and only really wanted a hotel that had a shuttle to the airport for our early morning flight. We got more than we expected as from the receptionist on everyone was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Even the small café on the first floor had a really good food and the room provided lots of amenities that we needed. Even more wonderful the Shuttle the next morning was a full-size bus so there was no cramming 15 people in a 10 person van. Super easy and convenient. I would highly recommend the hotel for your travel needs."
