"Always love it"

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we needed to check in earlier, 7am. We believed we could fly over night and be spry to play tourist upon arrival. 3 time zones later, we weren’t even sure what day it was anymore, we needed sleep. They also have a mini 24 hr market, by the check in desk, with delicious fresh salads and fruits. The central location was great for sightseeing (Hockey Hall of Fame and CN tower nearby) and dining ( Spaghetti Factory & The Keg right across the street). Looking forward to going back to this hotel in the fall. "

"Everything was so amazing. The staff were always making sure that we were okay while also not hovering too much. The hotel was very nice and exceeded expectations, the beds were tucked very nicely and the tv was, for the most part, easy to use! All the amenities were great to have. The free breakfast was very delicious and very accessible. The dining room had a nice ambience which we enjoyed regularly and had an awesome time indulging in the savory and sweet options of the buffet. Overall 5/5 stars and if I could give a 100/5 I would"

"It was really nice and as described"

"while we felt our stay was excellent . there are a couple things that werent great . the pool was too cold . we have stayed in a hotel before that had the indoor outdoor option and the poolthe television in the room also had a mind of its own. it boasted a streaming option that worked very poorly. we didn't complain we dealt with it . "

"All expectations from the hotel staff and facilities. Our experience was just impacted by the proximity among diners during breakfast. There are diners who take high-volume video calls without earphones at their tables creating an unpleasant atmosphere. It happened every morning during our 3-night stay. I can’t say we’d consider booking our stay with breakfast again. "
