Chelsea Hotel, Toronto
The room was SO HOT and couldn't cool it down. Called the front desk and they said the cooling system hadn't been turned on it for the building so couldn't cool the rooms down even though they were super hot

Great hotel within short walking distance to most of the tourist areas. The breakfast buffet included with the stay had a good selection of options for all tastes. Staff was friendly and helpful.
