Staff was lovely, location was great with easy access to many neighborhoods. The room as not sparkling clean, there were definitely a few areas that needed more TLC. One King West Hotel & Residence
Everything was good. Only thing non functioning was tv remote aand the button on the phone remote to move up is ao close to the power button that i kept shutting the tv off and would have to go through the entire start up process all over.
