For a start never got the room i booked. My wife is disabled and the room was down the other end of hotel if you can call it that.told man on reception he said can't do nothing about it. Parking was quite a way from hotel.room was small and tv signal was rubbish. There were a lot of looked like homeless people staying there. Overall definitely wouldn't stay there again as it wasn't that cheap to make me consider it because there is plenty of places to stay in Torquay that's way better for not alot more cost.

The rooms need refurbishmant but very clean and quality bathroom with good shower. Comfottable bed and lovely staff. Very good value for the money. No breakfast or dining faciliity but the hotel is close to the town centre and a few minutes walk to cafes and restaurants. Great parking.

Made mistake of not reading reviews before booking and was shicked on entering the room. The carpet was in bad state and filthy and bad smoking smell in the room with cigarette stub lying in the corner. Tea stains on the wall where kettle is. Very old and poorly maintained hotel. Now will always read reviews before booking

Positives were the parking and the helpful member of staff I encountered. But the building is in major need of an overhaul, as you walk through there is a smell of damp and everything is very retro. No room keys/cards it’s a pin entry system on each bedroom and has a prison feel to it. Overall fine for a one night stay but I wouldn’t want to have a week based out of Tor Park.

When we arrived the hotel did not have the correct information for our booking. The receptionist blamed the multiple “operators” who book rooms for the fact that a family of four was only offered a twin room. They were unable to reach Hotels.com to rectify the situation and we were put in a room that was no where near what we booked. The hotel was tired, run down, and the pictures used were obviously many many years old

Smelly. It's nothing like a 3 star hotel. I went for an interview next day and all my clothes were smelly and floor never cleaned and the shower overflow. Please don't book this even for free. Not worth it. Disgusting
