“We arrived at the hotel on the 10th September not knowing what to expect but the next 5 days unveiled an experience second to none. The owner Richard proved to be really helpful and accommodating. Both my wife and myself have difficulties walking, we use walking sticks as aids. The first room we were given was clean, comfortable and well presented but had a bath/shower unit. at breakfast Richard realising we may have a problem suggested another room with a walk in shower. “My friend and I stayed at Loch Maree Hotel for a night before we went over to the Isle of Skye and our experience was amazing! Duncan was so sweet and funny and made the stay memorable. The views of the lake are beautiful and everyone else staying at the hotel were friendly and loved to chat. The food was delicious, we had dinner and breakfast - both great. I wish we could have stayed longer! Next time I'll have to bring a boat that's not filled with water to explore the lake. ”
