「The room was clean tidy and well equipped. As we are british we drink tea and the room has two tea bags.... I know you can get them from reception but quite frankly its poor. We had drinks in the bar prior to eating out with our friends and the bar prices I felt were very reasonable and were cheaper than the restaurant we ate in. However the bar staff (young man) spent most of his time chatting to other members of staff rather than mannin the actual bar. He was polite and courteous but need to...

「Hands down my favorite hotel during my trip. On the day of my check-in, I made dinner reservations and unfortunately I ran into car trouble so I was going to miss dinner hours by 20 minutes. If you want pristine decoration it’s not for you. If you want excellent hospitality, fantastic staff and walls full of the owner’s original art, go. Walk the Crinan trail - the view from the viewpoint is one of the best on a clear day (it is a steep walk though). A genuine Scottish gem.」
