Named after the former hotel restaurant, where Toulouse notables came to "slum it", according to Nadine, the owner of the place, this beautiful residence has been restored with taste and modernity. Nadine has also worked to preserve the heritage of the restaurant, so you will enjoy the bar from the 50s as well as the cement square floor from the same generation. In Pins-Justaret, 15km south of Toulouse. Gîte accessible by train (station 1700 meters away, trains to Toulouse and to the Ax-les-Thermes ski resort). The Ariège river is 200 meters away (hiking, fishing, canoeing); the villages of Pins-Justaret and Lacroix-Falgarde are 3km away (shops, restaurants, cinema, swimming pool); the Parc du Confluent (protected biodiversity reserve) Garonne Ariège is 4km away; you can canoe down the Ariège river from Clermont-le-Fort with the Granhota canoe rental 5km away as well as go to the Roques shopping center (and access the Garonne river, ViaGarona hiking route, Santiago de Compostela path); the Vielle-Toulouse Golf Course is 8km away; Muret is 10km away (swimming lake, Horizons Pyrénées event hall, Aqualudia); the Canal du Midi is 17km away and the Auterive Adventures treetop adventure park is 20km away. The first ski slopes are 1h45 away by train. After parking in front of the cottage, on this enclosed land with gate, you will appreciate the large living room: integrated kitchen/bar area, dining area and lounge; laundry room and separate toilet. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm, a shower room and WC) (2 single beds 80*200cm that can be twinned into 1 double bed 160*200cm) (1 double bed 160*200cm, shower room and WC). Gravel terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. Garden shared with the owners. The owners live in the adjoining part at the back of the house.
