"Lovely, updated, clean, comfortably furnished condo. Everything is 100% great, except for very loud construction noise at adjacent property which we can assume is only a temporary problem, so I give 5 stars for what it will be when construction noise has ended. My grandkids especially enjoyed playing in the water and sand at the very clean beach while the adults enjoyed the provided lounge chairs and shade umbrellas there. We used the day dock to load and unload people onto our ski boat as well...

"When we first walked in to the condo, it reeked of cigarettes. The return air vent, above the refrigerator, was absolutely filthy! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years! The condo said it would sleep 5, which is how many we had, with the 3rd bed being the couch. There were no linens, blankets, anything for the couch. Fortunately, we brought a couple of blankets. The “resort”itself was lacking. There was no water trampoline, as advertised. We attempted to go by the office twice, and both...

"The location of the "resort" is convenient being by the confluence of the Colorado and the Llano portions of the rivers, and that was nice for boating. However...the apartment is totally run down. One of the showers didn't work, leaky faucets, window unit AC units, old furniture, kitchen was minimally stocked. The staff were kind as could be and super helpful. Some updating could make this place nice. The beds were comfortable."

"I'm conflicted on this review - the property was clean and with lots of sundries and supplies, beds were great, firepiit nice, no complaints, overall very good. However, with the lake withdrawn for years around a half mile from the house, this was not even close to waterfront pic they proudly show on the site. Yes, there was a clear disclaimer in the text, so no bait and switch, but leaving the photo up today with the lake down for years, then placing the disclaimer in to avoid liability, well...
