「We stayed in one of the offsite casa style rooms which was perfect for our family (we were parents travelling with two teenagers). Room was clean and had all we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the afternoon scones and tea in the main hotel. We were surprised that our rooms didn’t have any housekeeping between our first and second nights so I’m not sure if that was part of the casa room service or not but our request for addition towels was taken care of quickly!」

「Staying in a single room for the night. Old fashioned hotel in a stunning location. Clean and comfortable. Shower facilities good. Very peaceful and relaxing. Had a great nights sleep. Continental breakfast was okay at best. Avoid the fruit bowl. Saw several flies hovering over it. Plus the coffee machine was erratic. When it did work, the quality of the coffee was not great. Just two minor blemishes in an otherwise enjoyable stay.」

「Hotel did not do breakast - thought I had booked bed and breakfast. Turned on the evening to be told they don't do evening meals, member of staff pointed to a microwave and toaster and referenced a shop that was closed to buy stuff. Next evening, a saturday, they were serving evening meals was told they did server evening meals. Whether they only seve meals at the weekend or short staffed I don't know.」

「The Sweet Donside Cabins are a little piece of heaven in Scotland, everything we could possible need was provided, we stayed in the Little Love Nest and the way it was decorated was absolutely amazing the added touches of pictures and ornaments was second to none, Lizzie and Brent are amazing hosts.
