"The hotel is nice and the pool area and gym are well equipped and spacious. The breakfast was good, with lots of options. Especially the staff at breakfast was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is decent and, if desired, in walkable distance to downtown. The only issue was that the free shuttle, which is great, was 1) not advertised and 2) was supposed to leave at 4:30 AM. But when we arrived the shuttle had already left even though it was specifically said that one must not arrive earlier than 4:30 AM. As the shuttle only runs every thirty minutes, this left some guests without a ride to the airport. Staff should be trained to ask guests to arrive five minutes early, especially when inquired by guests. Overall, however, good hotel with friendly staff."

"It was clean, staff friendly and efficient. Sad to see jacuzzi is permanently off limits should say that in the hotel booking sites. Love having a sauna. Breakfast options great. We have stayed here a couple of times for ski trips it is convenient to get to them from here. "
