Our host, Tom, was incredible—warm over text, highly attentive to detail, and prompt in ensuring all our needs were met.Check-in was seamless with keypad access, and Tom messaged ahead with clear instructions. Parking was a breeze in the paved driveway, which easily fits two cars.The outdoor space is fantastic, offering peaceful surroundings, a great lake view, and easy beach access. Enjoying morning coffee on the patio and relaxing in the backyard seating—with string lights adding a cozy nighttime atmosphere—was a trip highlight.Inside, the home is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. TVs with Roku streaming in every room were a hit with the kids! Remote work was effortless thanks to fast Wi-Fi that handled multiple devices easily. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we loved cooking and sharing family meals in the kitchen nook. Having two kitchens (one per floor) made late-night snacks super convenient. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well-stocked with towels, and laundry and garbage access were straightforward.Located about 30 minutes from Niagara Falls State Park and 20 minutes from Downtown Buffalo, with nearby grocery stores and restaurants, it’s an ideal spot. We chose it for the lakeside setting and proximity to Niagara Falls, and we couldn't be happier. We’d love to return!"
