「Technically the house was"clean" but it's grimy. The doors and floors all needed a deep clean. One of the showers had a curtain with red mold stains. The AC could not cool the upstairs properly, and the 3rd floor was excessively hot. The wall to wall carpet on the second floor was smelly. The living room was lacking seating for adults. I wouldn't recommend this house for a family get together, but maybe it would be fine for a bachelor party. The listing said there was one bedroom with a king....

「The unit was small, but everything was at advertised.」

There were crumbs, toenail, clippings, etc., on it and the kitchen floor had not been swept or vacuumed, the sheets on the bed...

「Lovely place, convenient to New York trains and Westchester locations.」

「We had a wonderful time visiting NY for my 2 grandchildren’s graduation celebrations. The house was spacious & very comfortable for our family of 11 & my sweet pup. If the opportunity comes again to visit NY this house would be 1st on our list. Thank you for sharing your home with us.」

「bedding wasn’t clean. Fridge was loud and interrupted sleep.」
