Enjoy the Little River from the large covered common balcony, sitting around the fire pit or sunbathing by the pool. This 2nd floor one bedroom, one bath condo with a soft sleeper, sleeps 4 guest and has an open living room, kitchen and dining area. Minutes from the Smoky Mountains National Park entrance. Walking distance to cool coffee shops and dining. Hiking and biking path access from the property. This is the idea retreat to enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains, and the charm of Townsend. Enjoy river tubing-outfitters offer fun and adventure. Fly fish in multiple mountain streams. Pack for a day hike or picnic in the mountains. Comfortable and convenient - this is your Smoky Mountain getaway! Convenient to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge!

There is a rental agreement that must be signed and a $150 security deposit.
