“コスパがよく、のんびりできます。”

“The whole place was dusty and dirty but it was so cheap you can only complain so much. I wouldn’t stay with a partner but was fine for my short solo stay. The silverware wasn’t organized and the dust behind the microwave was nasty. The front area was really dirty and there was plenty of dust and hair (not mine) in the bathroom when I showed up. The door was also just open when I came which was eh. Just leave the keys in the lockbox like you said next time. The freezer area of the fridge didn’t……

“This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! ”

“初めて利用させて頂きましたが、オーナーさんも良い人で親切に対応して頂きました。 部屋も掃除が行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。 キッチンもあり自炊ができるのと、お風呂もあるので、着替えだけを持って気軽に利用できると思います。 今回は2階の部屋でしたが、次回利用する機会があれば１階の部屋にしてみようかと思います。”

“My husband and I had an excellent stay here! Most comfortable bed that we had between all of our hotels in Japan. But mostly, the staff was excellent. They truly went above and beyond, and are so kind and helpful. The only cons I can think of is that the breakfast is on the average side, but certainly enough food, and that the laundry drier takes forever. But then again, at least there was a laundry room and was free. Super convenient location as well, able to walk to the lift every day. Would……

“お部屋の設えがとにかく抜群に良かったので 居心地が最高でした。 食事の内容もかなり気を使って頂き、凄く美味しく頂きました。”

“チェックインの受付でかなり待たされた。また、部屋にいって冷蔵庫にモノを入れようとしたらそもそも冷蔵庫の電源が入っていなく冷たくなるのも5時間以上かかった。部屋にあるDVDプレイヤーは壊れてて使えなく備え付けしてあるスマートフォンもフロントに繋がらず結局フロントにまで行ってスタッフに話して、DVDプレイヤーを交換してもらった。また、部屋は綺麗だが水道の下につけまつげが落ちていた。チェックイン前に部屋の確認をして欲しかった。”
