「The location was excellent, but our experience with the host left much to be desired. Communication was slow, and when we did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful. The door lock was broken, and we were unable to use the code to lock or unlock the door throughout our entire two day stay. Additionally, we didn’t receive check in instructions until nearly two hours after our scheduled check in time and this was only do the fact we reached out to VRBO virtual agent since we did not get a response...

「非常近火車站，容易找到，雖然是要自助check in，不過都很容易。要行樓梯上一層，所以取背包是方便Ｄ。」

「房間外可以臨停放行李，地點好找 附近也有付費停車場、藥妝店 浴室稍小，廚房設施完備 缺點是隔音不好，只有輕隔間」

「地點很好，地方足夠七人入住，地方尚算清潔。 入住時睡處暖氣壞了，暖爐有提供，晚上有點冷。 但電力不穩定，每晚均會有跳電制情況，漏電斷路。 其他住客出入經常不鎖大門，感覺很不安全。」

「The room & amenities were very basic but functional. A little strange that check-in was a hotel 20 walking minutes from the apartment building. Location was terrific - just outside the castle grounds and beautiful park and a short walk to the Higashi Chaya geisha district. The residents were friendly and helpful and friendly and the city was very lovely and not the bustle of Tokyo」
