「Things wrong :
*leaking bathroom sink & flooded bathroom floor in our room & we're told that pretty much nothing could be done about it
* No ice machines in the building just exposed pipes AND no ice in the building to have available for customers
*very low stocked snacks, fridge and convenience area for customers
*no extra pillows on premises for customers
*no extra towels
*the pillows that were on the bed were the worst I've ever used at any hotel
*no area to sit outside or a area...
