Also located directly between Sunset Beach Park and F&M Park, for a nice sunset picnic or for the kids who need to burn energy on the playground.

The perfect location, r8ght across from the water, walking distance from the down town area and 20 minutes to the peninsula with a plethora of wineries and the hosts are very helpful and responsive within a timely manner.

Check-in was easy. Very close distance to walk to downtown! It was perfect. The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable though - just something to be aware of if you have more than 4 staying.

John and Amanda were great hosts. Every question I had before we got here was answered quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend renting this condo when you come to Traverse City. The location was great and we loved everything about it.

My wife, Daughter and 2 friends stayed for the weekend. They loved the property and how close it was to everything they wanted to do. Communication was great, they already said they wanted to stay there again next time they travel to Traverse City.

Very convenient location with easy walking to downtown TC in very pretty neighborhood. We had a ground level unit so the outdoor seating wasn’t too exciting with the parking lot view, but theunit had everything and was very clean. Access to Netflix was nice touch!
