“Great rental unit! Large, clean and well supplied unit close to all downtown JC shops and restaurants. We stayed here for 2 nights in Sept 2026, and nothing but positive things. Unit was clean upon arrival, the place was spacious, and the backyard was large. If you are traveling to Johnson City and want a walkable detached rental this is it!”

“This house had everything a large family could want. A secluded (but not isolated), beautiful large yard both front and back. “Lovely home with lots of cozy touches! Our favorite room was the very large screened porch with a dining table, comfortable wicker chair arrangements and two anti-gravity lounge chairs. From here we listened to the sounds of the creek and enjoyed amazing firefly shows every night. (We visited in July.) It was magical! The grounds are beautifully landscaped.
