"Great stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a very convenient location near the airport. The atmosphere felt safe and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Great touch of continental breakfast and local dishes. One small suggestion though, adding better lighting on the road leading to the hotel at night would make the experience even better. Highly recommended!"

The free shuttle is a huge plus alongside the checkout time. Kudos for anticipating needs. The team at the airport who called the shuttle were also a credit to the tourism product. "

"I stayed twice in the course of 3 weeks at the Kapok hotel. Loved it so much we had to come back. It's a beautiful property with nice rooms and a great pool. Amazing restaurants. And the staff were so friendly - especially at the front desk and at breakfast. The area is safe with tons of shopping and dining options. Very walkable and right near Queens Park Savannah and the Botanical Gardens. I will definitely be back."

"Keisha on front desk was great. She saw I wasn’t good at going upstairs and switched me to ground floor without asking. Room was good with all facilities you could ask for. All the property was kept extremely clean. Breakfast at Trellis was excellent Loved the food & cocktails at the Bottle Staff very friendly & helpful"
