"This is our second time staying at this house in March for a Women's conference. The house is spacious with many bathrooms. The large kitchen, dining room and living room made it great for having dinner together and for game night. We love this house! Look forward to staying again next March. Marc is great about getting back to you and is such a great host! "

"House is really nice - spacious and nice for big groups with kids. But it wasn’t as clean as we expected based on previous reviews and some things could use some upgrading. There was a musty smell and the rugs and carpets need to be washed. The water or drains had a bit of a sewage smell (maybe it’s well water, not sure). Parking was a little tricky with more than 2 cars, but workable. The two king beds were very comfortable (although the master bedroom didn’t have blinds), but the queen bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The kids’ room with the bunk beds was really nice. The owner was responsive - sent an electrician out to fix the broken switch in the dining area the day after we arrived. But there were more than a few lightbulbs that were out and we had to replace those ourselves. There was a washer and dryer, which was nice. But the washer is very old, very loud and makes the whole house shake when it spins. Kitchen had nice appliances and was stocked with lots of cookware, so it was easy to cook for our large group. Overall, it’s a nice house and we would stay again after a deep clean and some upgrading. "

"Buyer beware. The interior of the home was extremely dirty. Stained carpeting with dirt/residue throughout the home. Kitchen was not cleaned, refrigerator had food residue/stains, light switches were very dirty, bathrooms did not look clean. I opted to not stay, I was on the property for approximately 20 minutes. The owner refused to cancel my reservation or offer a refund. Owner claimed the home was professionally cleaned a few days prior to my arrival. The key left by the owner did not function, luckily I was able to reach the owner and after approximately 45 minutes, he let me into the property. I arrived at night; the upper deck leading to the front door is in poor condition, and there was no functioning lighting at that level, so I was fearful I would trip and fall. VRBO did not refund due to it not being an "extreme safety issue" according to their policy. "
