2 bed newly refurbished first floor flat in town centre location in Troon, close to popular pubs, restaurants and minutes walk from the beach.
The flat itself has a bright and spacious living area, fully equipped modern kitchen and two cosy bedroom with comfortable beds and a newly fitted shower room, guaranteeing a comfortable stay. Immaculately presented and furnished to a high standard, this flat is the perfect base to explore Troon and its surrounding areas. Book now and experience all that this charming seaside town has to offer.
This property is right on the doorstep of many top quality restaurants and bars and you will find the beach approx. 100 yards away. Troon beach offers beautiful walks and kids play areas. For the golf enthusiast you have came to the right place, local courses Royal Troon, Darley and Fullarton and all nearby.

Please note the apartment is non-smoking. If you fail to adhere to any house rules, your deposit will not be returned and additional charges may apply.  

 Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine.

The apartment was placed in the centre of the town. The problem was that it was advertised as a two bed two bathroom. With my health condition we wanted two bathrooms. This was a let down. There was no wi-fi/ internet.
