Trouville-sur-Mer Pet-friendly Hotel

"Great stay. I recommend. Such a treat to have your room cleaned everyday. Although the curtains were dirty (everything else was spotless though). AC would have been nice. Great location and friendly staff. "

"In a cramped and busy tourist town, this hotel is a rare gem. It has excellent parking and is very well situated to walk into the town - just a few minutes. The room was lovely and well appointed. There are 2 breakfast options, with an express service from reception for those with small appetites or on a budget."

"Although the room was pleasant amenities were very poor. No internet, no tea/coffee making facilities. Area very noisy with nightclub close by even with windows closed which made the room very warm. Front desk staff were very friendly. "

"Stay away from this place, and be super careful about this place and any other place that is posted as non-refundable. There is always a reason behind not refunding your money. I booked a room at this place on Expedia and when I checked in I was shocked. This is nothing like a hotel. I am not sure if Expedia has any investigation about the properties before they get posted to its website. This place is just awful. No elevator, super narrow stairs that you can hardly take your luggage upstairs,...

"Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town. Hotel has been done up, very clean. Plenty of parking out front (we had forgotten to book the hotel's covered carpark), but it was off season so might be a lot busier in the summer. Staff for check in and check out couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend!! "
