“This place is fantastic. It's directly in the village but there's a resort shuttle to get you there (10 minutes away). Plenty of food options on site, we mostly used the coffee/mini mart shop. But dinner was great at Sandy's. It has a walk to lift right there and a ski check for convenience. I doubt I'll stay anywhere else on our next trip back to Palisades.”

“Great place to stay. I'm not into fancy or boujee hotels, so when i give this place 5 stars, i'm not talking about a $1000 a night gold plated Hilton hotel room. I'm going to be using the room to sleep in, and chill after a day of adventuring. This hotel checks all the boxes for that. Good location right off the 80 in west Truckee. Easy parking. Comfy beds. Mini fridge and microwave. Continental breakfast with muffins, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches or burritos. Some fruit, coffee, cocoa. Staff……

“I stayed at PlumpJack inn for a wedding I was attending down the road. I stayed for one night. My check in time was very close to the time that the wedding ceremony started, so I was a bit nervous that I was going to be scrambling and possibly late to the ceremony.
