"Booked a non smoking room and the entire floor we were on smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. I had my two children with me, that is why I wanted to be in the non smoking area. Room looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly, linen had holes in them, beds were uncomfortable and there was stains on the walls and ceilings. I will never stay there again. I wanted to be close to the kid arcade area they have that’s why I booked here but I rather pay more somewhere else and be comfortable in a clean, real non smoking floor. "

"The room was clean, Bed was comfortable, Shower pressure was good, room size was excellent, can just use an update to a more modern look and have a better layout of the room. I didn't get to use the pool or gym when I was there. The location good as well. But well worth the money compared to other hotels in the area."

"Room was musty upon check in don’t think anything of it told hubby to turn on the air. We stayed at that hotel due to a wedding. After the wedding at 11pm the room wouldn’t get colder than 71. We had a few drinks tried to go to sleep, figuring eventually the room would cool. The pillows sucked they seem fluffy until you put your head on it and it goes completely flat. Try layering two, then it’s too much. By 1am my husband was so uncomfortable and so was I we decided to just go back home. Went to the front told them about the AC and that we just wanted to go and were disappointed since we came for a wedding and it was a night away from the kids. The front desk lady seemed like she didn’t care, she said ok I’ll have someone check the air when I’m done with my audit. Meanwhile there is a RAVE happening! We Couldn’t hear it on our 8th floor room but leaving the hotel at 1 am trying to go down the sidewalk that had tons of people wasn’t that great. This is my second time here and sadly I won’t be back. Our room this time had a working toilet fan but the time before (1 month prior to this visit) the fan didn’t work and the fan in the brides suite also didn’t work, which isn’t fun if you have a nervous poo plus people trying to get ready. "
