staff are nice and helpful, the room is spacious, shopping mall nearby

This is just right above the metro station and JR station. We arrived by 9pm weekday; there are still lots of choices of restaurants. That's impressed us. We paid extra fee for using pools, sauna, jacuzzi and something like onsen. We spent an hour or so to exercise and relax. The views from the room/ pool/ onsen are fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable.

Clean and spacious. Massage chair was a nice addition. Great area, quiet in a very convenient district.

Great

Very good location. Clean and comfortable though the room, in particular the bathroom, is a bit cramped. Very environmentally friendly, too. I saw for the first time in hotels a box placed in the lobby for collection of old clothes. The hotel is probably aware that tourists usually bring along their old clothes to wear, so that they can throw them away afterwards to make room for new clothes bought during the trip.

The hotel theme was great for children. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired.

We stayed 3 nights in hotel and breakfast were a bit different every day. It’s clean and our room is reasonably sized with queen bed which is very comfortable and affordable. Family Mart is across the road and parking is easily found. Staff is nice but the coffee machine is always not working. Our kettle is not working too. Overall we are satisfied with the price paid.

One of the staff ~ Mr Nakashima is very helpful and nice, He can speak English very well and try his best to satisfy my needs.👍
