Front desk clerk was very friendly and made check in great. Room was nice and clean and carpet looked very clean too. Only thing is the bathroom door would get stuck and hard to open and close. Also the patio door did not open. Other than that i would stay here again.

This property was great! I would have expected to pay over $100 for a room as nice and clean as this one was and it was the least expensive one on Expedia. It right off of the interstate so it's convenient. And the staff was amazing.The only down side was Expedia said the deposit was $50 and it was actually $100, so Expedia needs to change that so everyone knows what to expect. But this will definitely be the only place I will stay when I go to Tucson.

They need more amenities I didn't even get a ice bucket in my room in had to get ice in a bag which was ridiculous I wanted to use the hot tub but the office said its under construction and the pool u cant use other than that's it's good but the office needs a 24 hour staff cuz when they leave customers can't. This was a perfect place to stay before flying out from the Tucson Airport. It's very convenient to the airport, major interstates, food, and other conveniences. The staff is super friendly. Rooms are being updated, so we did get a different room when our first room didn't have a working TV or desk lamp. The setup is really nice for anyone who enjoys Southwestern sunsets, Breezy courtyards, and nice views of the mountains. Also there is a nice spot for grilling. It was too cold to consider using the pool, but the pool is huge and looks like it would be very nice on a hot day.

We had spoken to the manager about cancelling on arrival due to a broken toilet seat, unsafe parking and loitering and distance to our location was much farther. Manager agreed and said Expedia needed to approve then no one could reach anyone on the property so reservation never got cancelled and I was charged. Very disappointed after multiple attempts to reach staff by myself and Expedia

It's an OK stay if you are on a budget. The Staff is nice. Room was clean. A/C was cold. Bed could be better, but was OK. Shower was OK. I will grade 7 from 1 to 10. But for the price it's fine.
