Great place to stay

Very comfortable and pretty condo. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing, too, and were great places to hang out and relax. Excellent location, too.

Location was great. Quiet neighborhood. However, condo is tired, worn out a furnished like a cheap rental. And who does not provide coffee at least enough for the first morning after you arrive. We will not be back.

Nice place for a vacation - minor improvements possible

In general we liked this place very much. There was a noise issue stemming from the heat pump of the neighbor condo that was promptly addressed to our satisfaction after the first night. Minor issues are that the kitchen seems under-equipped. We normally find basic kitchen staples such as salt, pepper, salad oil or trash-bags at the rental place. This time we did not find any of this, except a full trash-bag from the previous occupant.

Location is great if you want to get away. Communication and instructions of how to locate condo within the complex was non existent. Neighbor put a note on my car telling me i was in his parking spot. Condo furnishings were tired and dated - patio furniture is falling apart. Linens in MBdrm were cheap and bumpy. Dead bugs on the kitchen window sill and spills on kitchen floor. No coffee for the first morning - who does that.. Would not recommend.

House is great!

The house itself was great! It is in a condo/apartment type housing. The rooms are spacious and the condo is very big. It is next to the swimming pool. The address given is to the main club house, so we had to drive around to figure out what condo we were in. There are 20+ different condo units... luckily we guessed that the beginning numbers was the unit number. I contacted Vacasa because they said we had one assigned parking spot, but they did not get back to me until 3 days after we had checked out. I was worried about getting towed, but the open spots were open to anyone. (Which I also didn't know until after we had left.) The house itself was very nice and we would visit again! I was unimpressed with Vacasa though. (I also called Vacasa with the parking question and just got a voicemail... it did not lead to an actual person.)
