"Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Hausdame spricht sehr gut Englisch, ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und ganz reizend. Das Deluxe Studio ist fantastisch, die Terasse ist riesig. Da es eine Spülmaschine gibt, wäre etwas mehr Besteck wünschenswert. Wir hatten nur 3 Sets. Hinter der Anlage liegt eine Firma mit LKWs die sehr früh mit den Arbeiten beginnt, was durchaus nervig sein kann. "This property is exquisite. It is used for many stunning events. I had stayed in this hotel years ago and never forgot how beautiful it is. But as we are now a bit older, and the hotel is a few blocks beyond the town gate, we requested to be moved to their sister hotel in town, Policastro Boutique hotel. The staff made this happen seamlessly and with grace. Both hotels are of the highest quality. The bar and breakfast were 5-star and the room was very comfortable and lovely."

"We stayed with extended family for a week at Vincenzo’s place. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The place was very clean and thee outside areas were wonderful. We had one. Or two problems with the water and pool during our stay but our hosts responded and put things right quickly. Two minor negatives for us. The lack of kitchen equipment (there were 9 in our party but minimal bowls, lack of serving spoons, sharp knives, chopping board etc.). Also we found the beds to be hard and some hat uncomfortable. This could be personal taste.The town was very quiet but we managed to find a few places to eat. Bubba restaurant was particularly good."
